1. Draw the use case diagram for the UPSTAC application. Please keep in mind the following points while developing the use case diagram
The diagram should house already identified users namely patient/user, tester, doctor and government authority
All the respective use cases should be identified and mapped to the respective users
Share the common use cases with multiple users rather than duplicating the use cases for each user
Clearly Identify the user specific unique cases for every actor, if any
The entire use case diagram must be created inside a single image file (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
2. Draw the Mock UI for the UPSTAC application. Please keep in mind the following points while developing the Mock UI
Make use of the use case diagram, use cases, and control flow diagrams while developing the Mock UI
Identify the various pages required for the UPSTAC application and design the Mock UI for each page
Identify the features required for each page according to the role of the users involved such as patient, tester, doctor etc
A registeration page should ideally be the first page and after login/registering, identify the number of pages required for each user and design them accordingly. The registration page should enable the user to provide his name, email, password, address, phone & allow him to register with the same.
Each user should have a home page and a logout feature as well
The patient should be able to view his own profile details, request test and see his previous test requests as well. A test request should require the patient to provide his personal details like name, address, phone, age & gender. Patient should also be able to see his past test requests.
Similarly tester should be able to view the test requests made by the patients, assign/accept a particular test request to himself/herself and update test results by entering/updating health parameters.
Doctor should be able to view test results, assign/accept a particular test request to himself/herself and update the test results with his/her consultation remarks
Government Authority will be the super user and should be able to see the total number of test requests raised, the test results for each patient and other demographic views of test requests and results. He/she should be able to see the analytics related to total number of test cases per area & number of total positive cases in a particular pincode.
