The company also seems to be stuck in a “Category 4, Dumb ideas and mandatory projects phase” as their initial platform seemed promising even with lots of risk involved financially, but they have yet to gain traction in a market already dominated by companies like Amazon, JD, and Alibaba. Not surprisingly, the founder has received many complaints and launched an investigation which has seen a swift dismissal of the leadership team involved. Luckily, these problems were discovered early enough.
