1. Since staff meetings and other out of office meetings are scheduled every Monday, that’s the busiest day of the week. Suzie, an employee of 4 years, has recently requested Monday off for personal errands, like doctor’s appointments and checkups for her kids.

2. Mark always shows up for work every day and is always on time. However, he is always behind in his work. I frequently see him talking to other coworkers or taking many breaks throughout the day. Even though he shows up on time, Mark seems unable to get his work done without me micromanaging his tasks.
