A frequently repeated statistic is that 80 – 90 percent of a project manager’s job is communication. Whether or not that statistic is accurate, it is certainly true that a primary job is communication to project stakeholders including your sponsor. Please read the PMI article “The Essential Role of Communications” which is part of your reading assignment to help inform your responses. For this week’s discussion thread, I want you to provide a response to the following questions:
