The given resources will thus help in determining the strategies that should be adopted for the purpose of achieving the intended goals of the organization. Also, it reflects on the steps that the concerned Human Resources (HR) department need to take to train the staff on globalization principles and the new work approach that they need to take amid the given work environment.
PART B.
As a business student, it will be important to understand on the role of the different factors on the performance of the organization. In a given context of globalization, the organization will need to follow to local cultures and social values of the customers. They will also need to adhere with the rules and regulations and only then start their business operations.
Later, they will need to train their working staff on these values and aspects, which will not only improve their performance but also exceed expectations of the customers in new location. Hence, it becomes more important to determine the possible factors of globalization that can have a direct impact on the performance of a given company.
