The alignment and appropriateness of the instructional strategies with the learning objective

I have two lesson plans that need to be enhanced to include certain requirements.
These are the requirements.
The alignment and appropriateness of the instructional strategies with the learning objective
The explicit, targeted differentiation activities that include flexible grouping and individualized instruction, as appropriate
Literacy strategies include the STR components (where appropriate), embedded vocabulary explicitly taught (all candidates)
Technology is integrated and aligned to the standard (T-PACK) and aligned to ISTE standards
More importantly, there needs to be a targeted differentiation activity with grouping and the integration of technology.
I will include the rubric, the current lesson plans that need to be enhanced, and an exemplar lesson.
