Read Case 5.8 of your casebook (Austin, Brody, & Packard, 2009, pp. 131-138). Using the Suggested Debriefing Framework: 2.3 Analytic and Interactional Dimensions framework for analysis and the following tips, answer the 3 Discussion Questions on page 138.

In addition, read Case 6.9, a follow-up to 5.8, (Austin, Brody, & Packard, 2009, pp. 166-177) in which the authors describe the goals and outcomes developed by the staff work groups. Evaluate the agency’s strategic plan by answering the three Discussion Questions on page 177. To answer these three questions, use the Debriefing Framework: 2.6 Policy Practice and the tips below:
