As a Registered Nurse my core values of delivering patient centered care include collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment. In the nursing profession we need to have an overwhelming amount of compassion and caring for our parents and their families. Nurses are not only caring for the patient’s physical health, but also their emotional needs and their families too. As a Registered Nurse my relationships with other healthcare providers is respectful and team oriented.
